Who we are

This website belongs to Fred Asante Ministries (“FAM”, “we”). If you have any question about this policy or about your information, email infofredasanteministries@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, so that we can reply to you.
  • Prayer request: your name, email address and prayer request, so that our prayer team can pray for you and, if needed, reply.
  • New convert: your name and email address, so that we can stay in touch and send you material for your new journey with Christ.

Please do not include information in a message that you would not want our team to read.

Who sees it

Messages are sent by email to the ministry’s inbox (infofredasanteministries@gmail.com) and are read only by the ministry’s leaders and prayer team. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

When you send a form, a copy is also kept on our web server in a private folder that is not accessible from the internet. That copy is deleted automatically after 30 days. Emails in the ministry inbox are kept only as long as they are needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking tools of our own. Our fonts and images are served from our own website.

Our web host: this website is hosted by GoDaddy. GoDaddy adds its own performance-monitoring script to the pages it serves (from img1.wsimg.com), which may collect technical information about your visit, such as your browser and how quickly the page loads. This is controlled by GoDaddy, not by us. See GoDaddy’s privacy notice at godaddy.com.

YouTube, WhatsApp and other services

Our sermon videos are hosted on YouTube. A video player only loads when you choose to play a video, and it uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once it plays, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Links to WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there. When you give through one of them, we receive the payment details that service shares with us, and nothing else from this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing infofredasanteministries@gmail.com.
